HubSpot enables users to track and report on partner engagement directly in HubSpot using a new data source called App Events. As an official HubSpot app, Introw sends key partner engagement data so you can create dashboards and reports on how your partners interact with your portal and content.

What can you track

With the App Events data source, you can build reports and dashboards for:

  • Partner portal visits – see how often each partner logs in.

  • Assets viewed – track which content, resources, or documents your partners engage with the most.

  • Activity over time – analyze trends and identify highly active or inactive partners.

These insights help you understand partner behavior, optimize engagement, and measure the impact of your programs.

How to set it up

Step 1: Include App event data in HubSpot reports

  1. Go to Reports → Reports → Create custom report.

  2. Select Create report on your own.

  3. Add more data sources and include App Events

💡 Introw: The App Events source will include the partner interactions with Introw such as portal visits, assets viewed, comments made, forms submitted and objects updated.

Step 2: Build your Partner engagement report

  • Add the events you want to track, such as Event Count, Event Type, or Event Date.

  • Filter by partner, partner type, or time range to focus on the insights that matter.

  • Visualize trends using line charts, bar charts, or tables to see engagement over time.

Step 4: Create Dashboards

  • Save your custom report to a dashboard for ongoing visibility.

  • Combine multiple partner engagement reports in one dashboard to get a complete view of portal activity.

  • Share dashboards with internal teams or managers to track partner ecosystem performance.
