Introw now lets your partner team include multiple people with multiple roles on a single partner account. Instead of assigning just one partner manager, you can reflect the full team that actually supports a partnership — sales, marketing, support, and more — and put each role to work across the partner experience.
Build a partner team with multiple roles
A partner account is rarely owned by one person. Introw lets you add several teammates to the same account and give each one a role, so responsibilities are clear on both sides of the partnership.
A few common setups:
Two partner managers sharing a large, strategic partner account.
A partner marketing manager and a partner support manager on the same account, each covering their own area.
Any other combination of roles that matches how your team works.
These roles can also be synced from user-based dropdown fields in your CRM — such as deal owner, account owner, or ticket owner. Introw maps each field to the matching role, so the right people are assigned to every partner account automatically and stay in sync as ownership changes in your CRM.
Use roles as dynamic options across the experience
Once roles are assigned, Introw turns them into dynamic options you can reuse throughout the partner portal. You set them up once at the experience level, and Introw automatically fills in the right person for each partner account.
Experience variables
Reference a role anywhere in your experience and Introw resolves it to the right person for that partner — for example, "Hi, this is {support manager}, here to help you with support." Each partner sees the teammate who actually holds that role on their account.
Deal owners on form submissions
Assign form submissions to a role rather than a fixed person. When a partner submits a form — say, raising a support ticket — Introw routes it to the right role, like the partner support manager, so it always lands with the teammate responsible for that account.
Team section in the partner experience
Show the full team behind a partnership in a dedicated team section. Partners can see everyone responsible for their account and exactly who to reach for what — making your team and points of contact clear from day one.
Dynamic author on announcements
Publish announcements under a dynamic role so the right person is credited as the author. Commercial news can come from the partner manager, while more technical or support-related updates come from the relevant support or technical role.
Dynamic issuer on certificates
Issue certificates from a dynamic role so each certificate is signed by the right owner. A technical support manager can grant technical certifications, while a partner business development manager issues sales training certificates.
Introw tip: Because roles are configured at the experience level, you only set them up once. Every partner portal linked to that experience automatically shows the correct people for each role.
