How to personalize your partner portal?

Use dynamic sections and variables to personalize partner portals at scale.

Personalization in Introw lets you tailor each partner's portal experience without creating a separate portal for every partner. Use dynamic sections and variables to automatically adapt content based on who's logged in.

Dynamic introduction

Add the Introduction rich section to your experience to automatically display the assigned partner manager's details — name, email, job title, and meeting link — to each partner when they log in.

Introw tip: Partner managers can add their meeting link from their profile (bottom left of the app). Admins can set it on the Teams page.

Dynamic variables

Add variables anywhere in your experience using the { command or use / and select Dynamic variables. Select the variable name from the list and it will be inserted into the template — for example, First name or Company name (your partner's company).

When a partner visits their portal, Introw automatically fills in their information. You only need to set up the variable once in the experience — it applies to all portals linked to it.

Personalization at scale

Because variables and dynamic sections are set at the experience level, you don't need to update every portal individually. Update the experience once and every partner portal linked to it reflects the change automatically.

Introw tip: Combine personalization with segment-based access control to show or hide entire sections based on partner type, tier, or region.
