Welcoming partners to your new portal is quick and simple with Introw Announcements. Make sure your partner contacst have their portal access enabled before sending them any announcements.
Make sure Partner access is enabled
Before you send an announcement, confirm that your partner contacts have their portal access enabled.
Go to the Partners / Contacts section.
Check that each recipient has access enabled.
Enable access for anyone who doesn’t already have it.
Create an announcement
Go to the Announcements section.
Click New Announcement and give it a clear title, such as Welcome Email.
Use the full editor to customize your message. You can:
Insert variables for personalization
Add bullet points for clarity
Embed images or videos
Include call-to-action buttons (e.g., Visit Portal)
Define your audience
Select the group of partners who should receive the announcement.
Assign where replies should go to (e.g., a specific team member).
Choose the channels for sending (email, in-app, slack.).
Send the announcement
Review your announcement and test it.
Send it out and your partners will now get a professional, branded invitation with a direct link to your portal and or introduction video's.
