Introw’s Partner Certificates feature allows you to easily create, manage, and distribute certificates for your partners. These certificates help validate partner qualifications, track completed training, and provide partners with downloadable proof of their certifications.

What are Partner Certificates?
Partner Certificates are automatically generated documents that Introw dynamically fills with real partner data.
Description: Provides information about the certificate and the achievements or entitlements it represents.
Partner Contact Name: The recipient of the certificate.
Issue Date: Automatically filled with the date the certificate is issued to the partner contact.
Issued By: Can be a fixed issuer or dynamically set based on the partner manager.
Validity: Sets the expiration date of the certificate—options include yearly, monthly, weekly, or lifetime.
Branding Options: Customize the certificate’s background and text colors to match your brand.
Certificate number: A unique identifier for the certificate, used for verification and tracking purposes.
How are certificates granted?
Certificates can be given in two ways:
Ad Hoc Assignment
Introw users can create and assign certificates directly to a partner contact whenever needed—perfect for one-off validations or manual certification processes.
E.g. Already certified partners do not need to retake courses.
If they are already recognized as certified in your system, you can assign certificates directly without requiring course completion again and select to not notify them when granting the certificate.
Through the Courses Module
Certificates can also be automatically issued when a partner completes a course in Introw's Courses module. Learn more
This streamlines training workflows and ensures partners receive the right certification the moment they finish required learning.
How can the partner see their certificates?
Partners can view all their certified colleagues directly inside the Partner Portal. For this to be present in the partner portal you need to add the smart section "certificates" within the experience builder.
Within the partner portal, partners can:
Download certificates at any time
Access expiry information and verification details
See a list of all earned certificates
This gives partners full visibility and easy access to their certifications and an overview of all their certified employees.

Within each Partner Contact record, Introw users (eligible to see partners) can:
View all certificates assigned to that contact
Check expiration dates
Issue new certificates or decertify (revoke) old ones
This makes certification tracking simple and centralized for your entire partner ecosystem.
Certificate overview
For a broader view, admins can access the certificates overview which provides key metrics at a glance such as the total number of certified users, certified partners, and upcoming or expiring certifications.
This centralized dashboard makes it easy to track, manage, and maintain all partner certifications efficiently, ensuring compliance and visibility across your partner ecosystem.
