Connect your Pipedrive account
Go to https://app.introw.io
To get started, navigate to the Settings section of your navigation bar. From there, click on Integrations and click
Connecton the Pipedrive card.
Enter your Pipedrive login and choose the correct Pipedrive account you would like to link to Introw. After you select the desired account, click on 'Allow and install' to proceed.
Setup the integration
How do you store you partners in Pipedrive?
To be able to import partners from your CRM, we need to know how you store them.
In Pipedrive, partners are most commonly stored as Organisations.
In this example: we store our partners as regular Pipedrive organisations.
Find your partners in Pipedrive
Once we know how you store your partners in your CRM, Introw will try to find them by identifying them based on filters. This way you can decide to only import for example your Reseller partners or Integration partners by using the filters.
You can fine-tune the filter to match the exact set of organisations you want to import.
Configure your partner attribution
Choose which objects you link to your partners and how you attribute partners to those objects.
In Pipedrive, deals are most commonly attributed to a partner using a custom property on the deal record — specifically a dropdown field where each option corresponds to one of your partner organisations.
In this example: we attribute the deal to partners via Custom property using a property called Linked to Partner(s) which is a dropdown list on the deal record in Pipedrive.
How the integration works
Once the integration is configured, Introw automatically captures every deal in Pipedrive that has the partner dropdown property filled in and assigns that deal to the matching partner organisation.
From that moment on:
New or updated deals in Pipedrive flow into Introw in real-time, no manual export required.
Each deal shows up for the right partner inside the Share Deal pipeline of their Introw partner portal.
Stage changes, deal value updates and close dates stay in sync automatically, so partners always see the latest status of the deals they are attributed to.
Your Pipedrive remains the single source of truth — partners only see what you've explicitly attributed to them via the dropdown property.
