Our Crossbeam integration enables you to seamlessly view partner account overlap data directly within Introw PRM. By linking your Crossbeam account, you can uncover where your accounts intersect with your partner helping you identify high-potential co-selling opportunities and streamline your go-to-market strategy.
Connect your Crossbeam account
To get started, navigate to the Settings section of your navigation bar.
Click on Integrations and click Connect on the Crossbeam card.
Follow the authentication wizard and allow the connection between Crossbeam and Introw
Link partners leveraging Crossbeam.
On the Crossbeam integration page, you can see which Crossbeam plan you're on and how many unique record exports you have remaining. In the partner overview, you can also see which Crossbeam partner is linked to your Introw partner.

How does it work?
When a partner registers a deal or opportunity in Introw via a form submission, the system automatically checks for any overlap with your data in Crossbeam. This includes matching against all your populations being customers, prospects, and open opportunities.

When a partner registers a new lead or deal in Introw, the system automatically checks for account overlap with your Crossbeam data matching against your customers, prospects, and open opportunities. Any overlaps are flagged in the pending form view, helping you quickly identify co-sell opportunities or potential conflicts.

Showing Crossbeam overlap within the deal pipeline
Introw automatically highlights account overlaps with partner data from Crossbeam in the shared pipeline. When an overlap is detected across customers, prospects, or open opportunities a Crossbeam section appears in the deal detail, helping you quickly identify co-sell opportunities or potential conflicts without leaving your workflow.
