How to disconnect Pipedrive from Introw

Guide on how to disconnect Pipedrive both within Introw as within Pipedrive.

Disconnecting Pipedrive from Introw

  • Navigate to the Settings section of your navigation bar. From there, click on Integrations, Pipedrive (Configure) and click Disconnect on the Pipedrive card.

  • Confirm to disconnect.

Disconnecting Introw from Pipedrive

To uninstall Introw from your Pipedrive account:

  • In your Pipedrive account, click your profile icon in the top-right corner and go to Tools and apps > Marketplace apps.

  • Find Introw in the list of installed apps and click Uninstall.

  • Confirm the uninstall in the dialog box to remove Introw from your Pipedrive account.

Effect of disconnecting Introw on your Pipedrive account & data

When you disconnect Introw, rest assured that no data will be removed from your Pipedrive account. Introw operates with read and write permissions only, ensuring that all your data in Pipedrive remains untouched.

However, please note the following changes:

  • There will no longer be any synchronization between Introw and Pipedrive.

  • Deals attributed to partners via your Pipedrive custom property will no longer flow into Introw in real-time and not longer update your partners.

Your Pipedrive data will remain intact and accessible, but the features and insights provided by Introw will no longer be available after disconnection.
