1. Let your CRM validate form submissions automatically
When a partner submits a form, Introw automatically checks every mapped field against the validation rules defined in your CRM — phone number formats, postal code patterns, required fields, numeric ranges, all of it. If something doesn't match, the partner gets prompted to fix it before submission goes through.
No setup needed. Introw reads your CRM's existing rules, so your data stays clean without any extra configuration.
2. Let Introw match form submissions to existing CRM records
When a partner submits a form, Introw's AI automatically suggests matching records already in your CRM — based on name, domain, and email. If the match isn't right, you can adjust or correct it before confirming. This prevents duplicate records and keeps your CRM clean without manual lookups.
3. Use custom association labels on form automations
When setting up form automations, Introw lets you override the default CRM association labels for linked objects. For example, when a lead comes in through a partner form, you can automatically label the contact-to-company relationship as "End Customer" or "Billing Contact" — giving your CRM records the right context from day one.

4. Personalise your portal at scale with dynamic variables
Type { anywhere in the Experience Builder to insert a dynamic variable — partner first name, company name, or any other contact property. Introw fills in the right value for each partner automatically when they log in.
You set it up once in the experience. Every portal linked to it gets the personalisation automatically. A small touch that makes every partner feel like the portal was built just for them.
5. Choose a tab layout that fits your content
Not every tab needs the same amount of space. Introw lets you choose between three layout options per tab: Centered, Expanded, or Full Width. Full width is perfect for deal pipelines where you need maximum horizontal space. Centered keeps things clean and readable for text-heavy content.
Click the three dots on any tab, select Layout, and pick the one that works best.
6. Add custom section backgrounds
Every section in your portal can have its own background colour or image. Use this to visually separate content areas, highlight important sections, or add branded banners that make the portal feel like a natural extension of your marketing site.
7. Upload your own brand font
Introw supports custom font uploads — just add a variable font file (TTF) and it applies across the entire partner experience: portal, announcements, certificates, and email notifications. It's a small detail that makes a big difference in how polished and on-brand the portal feels.
8. Split any section into columns
Need a two-column layout? A three-column grid? Introw lets you divide any section into up to 8 equal parts, or manually resize columns to custom widths. Great for side-by-side content like an image next to a text block, or a set of CTA cards in a row.
9. Maximise sections to remove white borders
If you want content to take up the full section area — like a banner image or an embedded video — just maximise the section. This eliminates the default white padding around your content, giving you a cleaner, edge-to-edge look.
10. Choose how announcements look in the portal
Introw gives you three display layouts for the announcement section: list, card, or posts. You can also control how many announcements show upfront — partners can always click "view more" to see the full archive. Pick the layout that fits the vibe of your portal.
12. Show the right partner manager automatically
Add the Introduction section to your experience and Introw automatically displays the assigned partner manager's name, email, job title, and meeting link — personalised for each partner when they log in. No manual setup per portal.
Pro tip: Make sure each partner manager adds their meeting link in their profile (bottom left of the app). That way partners can book time in one click.
