Overview
When multi-language support is enabled in Introw, you can now add translated variants of specific assets without creating separate asset library sections for each language. Introw intelligently visualizes assets based on your partner's language preference, streamlining asset management and improving the partner experience.
What are asset variants?
Asset variants let you create language-specific versions of the same asset — sales decks, product specs, case studies, marketing materials, training resources — all organized within a single entry. No duplicate libraries, no messy folder structures. Just one asset, with every language variant in one place.
How to add asset variants?
Open an asset — go to your Asset Library and create a new asset or open an existing one.
Add a variant — Select the Languages and check the button to add a variant of a language for the specific assets.
Upload the file — upload the translated asset (PDF, video, image, or other file type). That's it — the variant is immediately available alongside the original
Managing Variants
Replace: open the asset, select the language variant, and upload a new file.
Delete: remove a variant without affecting the original or other variants.
How it will work for the partner
When a partner accesses the asset library, Introw automatically serves the variant that matches their language — based on their profile language or default partner language.
Automatic language matching — Introw serves the variant matching the partner's profile language.
Smart fallback — if no variant exists for their language, the default version is shown instead.
Partner choice — partners can switch their language and access any available variants (translations) from the asset details.
FAQ
What happens if a partner's language doesn't have a variant?
Introw will display the default version of the asset (typically the original language) if no variant exists for the partner's preferred language. You can gradually add variants as translations become available.
Do I need to create separate assets for each language?
No. With asset variations, you maintain a single asset entry with multiple language variants. This keeps your asset library organized and easier to manage.
Can partners download variants in languages other than their preference?
Yes. Partners can change their language and get access to any available language variant from the asset details.
