Running a global partner program means working with partners across languages. Manually translating every touchpoint creates friction and takes tons of time and resources. While asking partners to navigate in an unfamiliar language only makes it worse!
Introw removes that friction. Multi-language support auto-translates the full partner experience from the portal to forms and courses, in up to 97 languages, so every partner engages in the language they're most comfortable with.
Adding languages
To get started, navigate to your languages under settings and add the languages you want to support.
Once a language is added, Introw automatically translates all partner-facing content into that language. This includes:
Portal pages — all portal content your partners see
Forms — registration forms, deal registration forms, and any other forms partners interact with
Courses — all course content, modules, and assessments
Email content - All CRM property related fields of deal updates are auto-translated. (eg. Deal amount => Importe de la operación etc).
There's no need to manually translate each piece of content. Introw handles the translation automatically across every touchpoint.
Add languages while working in the experience builder. When working within your experience builder you can preview the partner experience in the available languages to see how it will look and also add additional languages if needed.
Glossary
Some terms should never be translated — brand names, product names, technical terminology, or any other words specific to your business.
Introw includes a built-in glossary where you can add terms that should remain untranslated, regardless of the partner's language. This ensures your brand identity and product naming stay consistent across every language and every partner interaction.
Setting a partner's language
Introw gives you multiple ways to control which language a partner sees when interacting with the portal:
Partner level
You can set a default language on the partner company. This applies to all contacts within that partner unless overridden at the contact level.
Partner contact level
If you know the preferred language of a specific partner contact, you can set it directly on that contact. This takes priority over the partner-level default.
Partner language switching
Partners are always in control of their own experience. If a partner prefers a different language than what was detected or assigned, they can switch their language at any time from their profile settings. Once changed, Introw automatically updates the entire portal experience to reflect the selected language.
How Introw determines the language
Introw follows a clear priority order when determining which language to show a partner contact
Partner contact language — if set manually or changed by the partner themselves, this always takes priority.
Browser-detected language — if no language has been set on the partner contact, Introw automatically detects the partner's preferred language on their first portal visit, based on browser settings. This applies only if a translation exists for that language — otherwise Introw falls back to the next option.
Partner-level default — the default language set on the partner company, used as the final fallback.
Managing assets in multiple languages
Multi-language support goes beyond the portal interface — it also applies to assets. With multi-language enabled, you can add translated variants of specific assets (sales decks, product specs, case studies, marketing materials, training resources) without creating separate asset library sections for each language. Introw intelligently serves the variant that matches each partner's language preference.
How asset variants work
Asset variants let you keep a single asset entry with multiple language versions — no duplicate libraries, no messy folder structures.

Automatic language matching — Introw serves the variant matching the partner's profile language.
Smart fallback — if no variant exists for their language, the default version is shown instead.
Partner choice — partners can switch their language and access any available variant from the asset details.
