Introw's asset library allows you to organise your assets with a two-level system via Folders & Categories.
Folders are mostly used to organize content in terms of their topic
Categories are like tags for assets that can be used to easily group them
You can use this system to organize your assets to the way you prefer
By topic or team (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Case studies, Competition battlecards, ...)
By use case (e.g. Resellers, Affiliates, Product Specs, Meeting links,...)
Asset detail
When you are adding an asset to your library you can immediately create or select which category to apply to it.

Adding thumbnails to your assets and folders
For files and folders that don't generate a preview (such as ZIP files, certain PDFs, or custom file types), you can upload a custom thumbnail to provide a visual reference. Thumbnails help partners quickly identify the content and improve the overall look and usability of the asset library.
Add a thumbnail to an asset
Simply hover on the preview to add a thumbnail image. This image will appear in place of a preview and can be updated at any time to reflect the content more accurately.
Add a thumbnail to a folder
Adding a thumbnail to a folder is a great way to make your asset library more visually aligned with your brand and to help users quickly recognize and navigate content.
Upload your thumbnail to be used when visualizing the folder in the partner portal. The maximum file size for a folder thumbnail is 20MB
When the asset library is displayed as cards in the partner experience, the thumbnail you upload will be used as the visual representation of the folder.
Archiving assets
You now have the option to archive assets instead of permanently deleting them. Archiving helps you keep your asset library clean and organised while maintaining a safety net.
How it works:
When you archive an asset, you can provide a reason for archiving. This helps your team keep track of who changed what and why.
Archived assets are moved to a dedicated Archived tab in the asset library, making it easy to find and review all archived content in one place.
Archived assets will be automatically deleted after 90 days. Until then, they remain available for review or restoration.
If you need an archived asset back, you can restore it at any time before the 90-day window expires, and it will reappear in your active library.
π‘ Tip: Use archiving instead of deleting to maintain a clear audit trail. The archiving reason helps your team understand why an asset was removed and makes it easier to decide whether to restore it later.
