How to manage sections?

Learn how to manage sections in to your partner room

In your room you can add all kind of content like introductions, product list, task collaboration, deal pipelines, support tickets etc.

These items are all called sections.

How to add a section in your template

  • To add a section click on “+ Add Section”

  • Select the preferred section you would like to add

  • You can use the slash command / to add titles, text, tables,…

    • Type /heading or /h1, /h2, or /h3 to choose the heading size you want.

    • Use Markdown shortcuts, like #, ##, and ### to create the perfect section

How to manage a section in your template

Sections can have multiple actions within your template


Click on the 3 dots that appear in the top left corner when you hover over the title of your section to access them

Sync section

Add this section to your synced sections so you can use it across all your rooms

Rename section

Simply rename the section

Move section

If you made a mistake on where to put certain sections, you can move a section from one tab to another so you don't need to recreate it.

Hide in shared view

This hides the section in the room for your partner but allows you to still see it.

Enable editing by partner

In case you want your partner to edit your section you can allow them to.

Duplicate

Simply duplicate the section to easily re-use again
