Partner profile section

A configurable section in your partner portal that shows key information about each partner.

Written by Wouter Moyaert

The Partner Profile section allows you to display and manage partner information directly inside your partner portal. This smart section is powered by data from your CRM and Introw, giving partners visibility into their own details and the ability to keep that information up to date.

What is the Partner Profile?

The Partner Profile is a configurable section in your partner portal that shows key information about each partner, such as:

  • Company (partner) name

  • Website

  • Logo

  • Partner tier

  • CRM properties like type, industry, country, or region

All information is sourced from your CRM and Introw, ensuring consistency between your internal systems and what partners see in the portal.

The Partner Profile allows you to display and manage partner information directly inside your partner portal.

How it works

  • Add the Partner Profile to the experience

You can add the Partner Profile as a Smart section in your partner experience. Once published, the partner portal automatically displays partner-specific data based on the logged-in partner.

  • Choose which partner properties to show

You can configure, at scale, which properties are visible in the Partner Profile section across the partner portals. This allows you to tailor the experience without creating custom profiles for each partner.

    These partner properties can include:

    • Introw properties (Logo, Tier, Partner manager, Partner champion)

    • Any synced CRM properties (for example: industry, country, employee count, description, etc.)

  • Allow partners to edit properties

For each property, you remain in full control and can decide which fields partners are allowed to edit. Read-only fields can never be edited by partners. When a partner updates an editable field:

  • The change is reflected in Introw

  • The updated value is synced back to your CRM

This ensures your CRM stays current without requiring internal teams to manage routine updates.

Below an example if a partner is allowed to edit certain properties like their logo, industry and their website for example.

Allow your partner to update the information you have on them in your CRM.

Limit who can edit the Partner Profile

You can take this a step further by restricting which partner contacts are allowed to edit the Partner Profile, based on Introw segments. For example, only contacts with a specific role (like Admin) or partner type can update editable fields, while other contacts see the profile in read-only mode.

For more details on how to set up segments based on partner or contact properties, check out the Segments article.

Why use the Partner Profile?

The Partner Profile helps you:

  • Give partners transparency into the information you have on them

  • Reduce manual updates and back-and-forth with partners

  • Keep your CRM data accurate and up to date

  • Scale partner data management across your entire ecosystem
