Introw is where your partner program lives — partners, deals, and the commissions they earn. The Introw API lets that data flow automatically between Introw and the other tools you already run your business on, so nothing has to be re-keyed by hand and nobody has to check two systems to get one answer.
You don't need to be technical to get value from this article. Below is what the API can do, the problems it solves, and a light look at how it fits together. When you're ready to build, your developers (or ours) can take it from there.
Headless vision
Think of Introw as the source of truth for everything partner-related: who your partners are and what commission they've earned. The API opens two doors:
Partners — read and manage your partner records programmatically, so the rest of your stack always reflects the latest partner data.
Payouts — let your existing finance software handle approvals and payments, while status flows back into Introw so partner managers still see one clean view.
The result: Introw stays the commission system of record, your finance tools stay the payment system of record, and the API keeps them in line.
Keep partner data in sync
The Partners endpoints let you create, read, update, and list partners without anyone touching the Introw UI. A few of the things this unlocks:
Onboard partners automatically. When a new partner is approved in your CRM or signup flow, create them in Introw in the same moment — no double entry.
Power an always-current partner directory. Pull your active partner list into a website, internal dashboard, or data warehouse, and let it refresh itself.
Keep records clean. When a partner changes their company details or goes inactive, push the update once and have it reflected everywhere.
Run commission payouts through your own finance system
Most teams already pay vendors and partners through an ERP or accounts-payable system like NetSuite or Xero. The Payouts endpoints let you keep that workflow instead of managing payouts in two places. Introw calculates the commissions and generates partner statements; your finance stack handles approval rules, invoice collection, and the actual payment — and the API syncs status back.
Pull payouts ready for review. Your finance system can fetch the commissions Introw has calculated and feed them straight into your approval process.
Reflect your real workflow. Mark payouts as approved, scheduled, paid, declined, or failed so Introw mirrors exactly what's happening in finance.
Keep the paperwork together. Download the Introw-generated commission statement for your records, and upload or retrieve the partner's invoice — all attached to the right payout.
Give partners a single source of truth. Because status flows back, partners and partner managers see accurate, up-to-date payout information in Introw without anyone sending a manual update.
Use cases at a glance
"New partner approved" → instantly in Introw. Connect your intake process so approved partners appear in Introw automatically.
"Commission earned" → paid through our ERP. Let finance approve and pay in the system they already trust, with no copy-paste from Introw.
"One view for partner managers." Payment status syncs back, so the partner team never has to ask finance "did this go out yet?"
"Live partner directory." Surface your current partners on a webpage or internal tool that updates itself.
"Clean books at close." Statements and invoices stay attached to each payout, ready for reconciliation and audit.
Getting started
When you're ready to connect Introw to your stack, the full developer documentation — including authentication, every endpoint, and copy-paste examples — lives at developers.introw.io. Your team creates an API key in Introw under Settings > Developer > API keys, chooses the right permissions, and they're off.
