The Partner Automation in the form automation builder lets you automate partner creation directly from your Introw forms β€” no need to set up workflows in your CRM anymore. Once configured, every form submission will automatically create a partner in Introw and the corresponding partner record in your CRM, with all the right properties mapped and filled in from the start.

πŸ’‘ Introw tip: Introw forms can be embedded anywhere β€” your website, landing page, or link to your partner portal login page. Drop a "Become a Partner" form wherever it fits and every submission will automatically flow into Introw and your CRM.

Setting Up Partner Automation

Step 1: Open your form

Navigate to Forms in your Introw account and open an existing form, or create a new one.

Step 2: Add the Partner Automation action

In the form automation builder, add the Partner Automation action.

Step 3: Configure Partner creation in Introw

Set the Introw partner fields that should be populated on each form submission. You can configure:

  • Partner name β€” mapped from a form field or set as a default

  • Domain β€” automatically captured from the partner's email or a dedicated field

  • Tier β€” assign the right tier from the moment the partner is created

  • Phase β€” set the starting phase in your partner journey

  • Partner manager β€” immediately assign the right person responsible

  • Partner experience β€” assign the correct experience so the partner lands in the right environment from day one

Step 4: Configure Partner Company creation in your CRM

Map form fields to CRM properties so the company record is created with accurate data from the start. Common mappings include country, industry, partner type, company size, and any other CRM property you want populated β€” ensuring no manual cleanup is needed.

Step 5: Configure Partner Contact creation

Map the submitter's details (name, email, job title, etc.) to contact properties in your CRM. This contact will automatically be linked to the Partner Company created in Step 4.

Step 6: Save and publish

Save your changes and publish the form. Every submission will now instantly create a fully populated partner in Introw and a linked company record in your CRM.

Recommended Setup

As a best practice, we recommend configuring Partner Automation to handle new partner applications and to create the following records on each submission:

Partner in Introw: populated with fields like name, domain, tier, phase, partner manager, and partner experience. The more you configure here, the less work is needed after the partner signs up.

Partner Company in your CRM: mapped to the right CRM properties (country, industry, partner type, and more) so the record is accurate and complete from day one.

Partner Contact in your CRM: created from the submitter's details and automatically linked to the Partner Company.

None of these are strictly required as you can configure only what makes sense for your workflow. That said, setting up all three gives you a complete, fully linked partner record without any manual follow-up!
