The Monthly Partner Engagement Summary is an automated email sent to active Introw users who have this notification enabled. It provides an overview of partner engagement and activity over the last 30 days, helping users stay informed about how partners are interacting with their partner portal.

What’s included in this email

Engagement Metrics

The email includes key partner engagement metrics collected from the past 30 days, such as:

  • Touchpoints – Interactions between partners and the platform

  • Portal Visits – Number of partner visits to the portal

  • Due Tasks – Open or completed tasks assigned to partners

  • Form Submissions – Submitted deal registrations or other forms

  • Announcement Views – Views of published announcements

  • Asset Views – Engagement with shared assets and resources

These metrics provide a high-level view of partner activity and engagement.

Top 3 Most Engaged Partners

A list of the top three most engaged partners based on their activity during the last 30 days. This helps identify partners who are highly active and engaged.

Highlights From the Last 30 Days

A summary of notable engagement trends and key activities from the past month, such as increased portal usage, strong interaction with content, or a rise in submissions.

This email is sent automatically first weekday of the month and is available to all active users who have enabled the notification in their settings.

Who will receive this email?

The Monthly Partner Engagement Summary email is sent to active Introw users who have a valid email address and are not designated as a CRM user. The email is delivered by default unless the user has explicitly disabled the Periodic Engagement Updates notification. It is sent every first weekday of the month. Users with access restricted to their own partners will still receive the email, with all data limited to the partners they manage.
