How to set a custom fiscal year start date in Introw

Introw allows you to define a custom fiscal year start date so your dashboards and analytics reflect your internal reporting periods. This ensures time ranges like “This fiscal year” and “This fiscal quarter” align with how your business actually operates.

Why this matters

Some organizations don’t follow a January–December calendar year for their finacial reporting. By setting your fiscal start date, Introw will:

  • Align dashboards and analytics with your internal reporting

  • Make pipeline, revenue, and partner performance easier to compare period over period

How to configure your fiscal year start date

  1. Go to Settings in Introw

  2. Navigate to Company settings

  3. Configure your Fiscal year start date

Select the date your fiscal year begins (e.g. 1th of April, July, October)

  4. Save your changes

Once saved, Introw automatically shows fiscal-based time ranges within the Time range selectors.

Where this setting is applied

After configuring your fiscal year start date, it will be used across:

  • Dashboards

  • Analytics pages

  • Additional Time ranges will be present :

    • This fiscal year,

    • This fiscal quarter

    • Next fiscal year

    • Next fiscal quarter

Important notes

  • Changes apply going forward and update all fiscal-based views automatically

  • Calendar-based ranges (e.g. “Last 30 days”) remain unchanged

  • All users in your organisation will see the same fiscal year configuration
