A Partner Performance dashboard gives your partners a live view of the metrics that matter β deals closed, pipeline contribution, revenue over time, engagement, and anything else you want to track. You build it in Introw using Reports & Dashboards and embed the result in your partner portal. Each partner automatically sees only their own data β no manual scoping, no exports, no stale numbers.
There are three steps:
Create your reports
Combine them into a dashboard
Embed the dashboard in your partner portal
π‘ Introw Tip: Any report or dashboard you embed is automatically scoped to the partner viewing the portal β the same dashboard works for every partner, and each one only ever sees their own numbers.
Step 1: Create your reports
Each widget on your dashboard is a saved report. Build the individual metrics you want your partners to see β for example Total Revenue, Weighted Pipeline, Number of deals, Average deal size, Average sales cycle, or Revenue over time.
Reports can be built on CRM data (deals, opportunities, leads, tickets, β¦) or on Introw data (portal visits, engagement events, certifications, β¦), and support number, bar, line, and pie visualisations.

Step 2: Combine your reports into a dashboard
Create a new dashboard (e.g. Partner Performance Overview), add the reports you just built as widgets, and arrange them in a layout that tells a clear story for your partners.

Step 3: Embed the dashboard in your partner portal
In the Experience Builder, add a Dashboard section to your partner experience and pick your Partner Performance dashboard. Save and publish β each partner will now see a live version scoped entirely to their own data.
