Place required properties on top of a form

  • this will help your partners to enter the required details first as a priority and know what you expect of them. We mark them with an red asterix*.

  • To re-order the input fields on the form simply drag and drop it in the right place by selecting the 6 dots in front of an input field.

Keep the form simple

  • By simple we mean keep the list of properties you expect from your partners on a form short and also properties that are easy to attain from people.

  • This will ensure your partners enter the necessary data

Choose a proper label and a set a clear placeholder when adding input fields

  • These will guide your partners on the expected answer.

  • When you create a new input field you can choose the label yourself and add a placeholder by simply typing in the input field.

Link your CRM properties

You can link any Introw form field to a CRM property so your partners input is automatically transferred to your CRM upon submission.

This also includes dropdown lists for your partner to select from like for example the priority of a support ticket or the potential subscription plan on a deal registration.
