When you have enabled the setting "Require manual acceptance to proceed" on the form automation you will get notified by e-mail that a form has been submitted and you can find them in your navigation under Form submissions
Go to Form submissions in your side navigation
Select the pending form submission and click Decline or Accept
Duplicate detection and enrichment
Introw will check for records within your CRM to avoid duplication of companies and contacts.
We will not create a new contact based on the exact match with an e-mail address in your CRM and not create a new company based on the domainname.
In case there is more information provided by the partner, that seems to be missing within your CRM, we will enrich the data properties with this info.
Ex. If you request your partner to provide an email-address and phone number for a lead that the share and Introw detects there is an exact match for the email but the phone number is not filled in your CRM, we will use the data from the partner and enrich this value in your CRM.
Form activity
You can collaborate with your partner on their submitted forms and see all historical events on this form submission like comments and acceptance.
