From assistant to autopilot
Introw's AI just took a major step forward. The Form Submission Agent can now autonomously respond to submissions based on instructions you set as a human operator. Instead of routing every request to a person, the agent reads the submission, checks it against your internal policies and requirements, and takes the next step on its own.
The result: dramatically fewer human escalations and manual interventions, so your partner teams can manage their inboxes on autopilot.
What it does
This agent works alongside the Channel Conflict Agent, but goes far beyond it. Its job is to evaluate any submission — MDF requests, "become a partner" applications, deal registrations, customer projects, and more — against the rules you define. From there it can either suggest the next step to a human in the loop, or, when you're ready, execute that step autonomously.
You stay in control. You write the instructions; the agent follows them. You decide which submission types it handles on its own and which still need a human signoff.
How teams are using it
Deal registration without the back-and-forth. Let the agent qualify each registered deal against your criteria — champion, contact, pain point, and budget signal. Complete deals get accepted and pushed straight into your CRM, while thin ones are sent back for the missing details. Your team only sees deals worth working, and partners get an instant answer instead of waiting on a manual review.
Implementation kickoffs. Need a partner to provide details after closing a deal? Add a call-to-action in your form asking for implementation information. The agent can automatically approve or reject the submission and create an implementation ticket in your CRM — no manual handoff required.
Partner applications on autopilot. Make sure potential partners explain why they want to work with you. The agent reviews each application, asks for more information when something is missing, and approves strong-fit partners autonomously.
MDF requests. When requests already align with your policy, let the agent auto-accept them so no one has to lift a finger. And any lead that comes out of an MDF campaign can be reviewed and accepted by the agent — so your sales team receives partner-qualified leads, ready to work.
Why it matters
Every submission that the agent handles end-to-end is one less item in a human queue. Reviewing for policy compliance, requesting missing information, approving, rejecting, and creating downstream CRM records all happen automatically — consistently and around the clock. Your team's time shifts from processing forms to building partner relationships.
Getting started
To enable autonomous handling, define the instructions and policies you want the agent to enforce for each submission type, then choose whether it should suggest the next step or execute it automatically. You can start with suggestions to build confidence, then switch specific flows to fully autonomous when you're ready.
