In shared Slack channels with your partners, Introw acts as a support agent that both you and your partners can interact with. Partners simply mention @Introw and describe what they need — Introw handles the structured data entry behind the scenes.

Register deals

Partners can register deals directly from the shared Slack channel by mentioning @Introw with the deal details. Introw captures the required information, structures it correctly, and creates the record in your CRM — no portal login required.

For example, a partner can simply type:

"@Introw I want to register a deal for my partner UHG. The company they're selling to is Bizzy (bizzy.ai) from Ghent, Belgium. Amount is 30k, close date end of quarter, type is new business."

Introw processes the request, confirms the details, and registers the deal — all within seconds.

Add comments and create tasks
