The Sleeping Deals notification helps you keep partners on their toes by automatically sending them a notification when a deal has been inactive in a stage for longer than you define. This ensures partners are reminded to take action, keeping momentum in your pipeline and pushing deals forward.

What is a sleepy deal?
A Sleepy Deal is any deal that has remained in the same stage for longer than a defined number of days. With this feature, you can automatically send a notification to your partner to prompt action, keeping your pipeline moving smoothly.
💡 Introw tip: Use shorter time limits in qualification stages to keep momentum, and longer ones in later stages like negotiation.
How to set it up?
Within a CRM embed section like a deal pipeline click on Configure.
Select Notifications.
Click on the ⚙️ icon next to Sleeping deal
Setup the conditions and enter the number of days a deal can stay within a certain deal stage(s).
Click Save.
