Create AI-powered deal coaches tied to your CRM pipelines to help partners close deals faster with stage guidance, objection handling, enablement assets, and rules of engagement.

Introw helps partner managers and partners close deals faster with Deal Coaching — a structured, AI-powered way to guide partners through every stage of the sales process. Each deal coach is tied to a specific CRM pipeline, so whether it's new business or renewals, partners always get the right coaching for the right motion.

Creating a deal coach

You can create multiple deal coaches — for example, one for your new business pipeline and another for renewals — ensuring each pipeline has dedicated coaching tailored to the sales motion.

  1. Navigate to Engage → Deal Coaching.

  2. Click Create Deal Coach.

  3. Select your CRM pipeline you want to base the coach on.

  4. Choose one of Introw's built-in templates to start from:

    • Reselling Coach — for reseller-led deal motions

    • Co-selling Coach — for joint selling with partners

    • Referral Coach — for referral-driven pipelines


Introw uses AI to generate the deal coach based on your selected template and pipeline stages. Once created, you can fully customize every section to match your process.

Stage Guidance

The first tab in every deal coach is Stage Guidance. This is where Introw provides partners with clear direction for each stage of the deal pipeline.


For every deal stage, you'll find three sections:

  • Must have been achieved — the key milestones or criteria that should be met before moving to the next stage.

  • How to achieve it — practical guidance on the actions partners should take during that stage.

  • Example email template — a ready-to-use email template partners can send when engaging with prospects at that stage.

Each of these sections is fully customizable per deal stage, so you can tailor the coaching to your exact sales process and messaging

Objection Handling

The Objection Handling tab surfaces the most common objections partners will face during the sales process and provides recommended responses. This gives partners the confidence to navigate pushback from prospects without needing to escalate every conversation.

Enablement

The Enablement tab lets you attach assets from your Asset Library that partners will need to close deals — such as pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, or case studies. By linking the right materials directly to the deal coach, Introw ensures partners always have the resources they need at their fingertips.

Rules of Engagement

The Rules of Engagement tab is where you define the guardrails for partner-led deals. This includes stakeholder engagement guidelines, escalation rules, and any other operational boundaries you want partners to follow when working a deal. Setting these expectations upfront keeps collaboration structured and avoids conflicts.

Assigning a deal coach to partners

Not every partner needs the same coaching. Introw lets you configure each deal coach to be available to all partners or to specific partners based on the partner properties of Introw or your CRM

This means you can create differentiated coaching experiences — for example, a deal coach designed for Bronze resellers might focus on foundational sales skills, while Gold resellers get a coach optimized for advanced deal strategies. Similarly, newly signed partners bringing in their first deal will benefit from more guided coaching than experienced partners who already know the process.

How partners experience deal coaching

Once a deal coach is active, Introw surfaces it directly where partners need it most, inside the Deal Detail within their partner portal.

When a partner opens a deal, the activity panel will show the assigned deal coach, giving them immediate visibility into the coaching available for that deal. For the full coaching experience — including stage guidance, objection handling, enablement assets, and rules of engagement — partners can navigate to the Deal Coach tab within the deal detail.

This means partners don't need to go looking for coaching separately — Introw brings it to them in the context of every deal they're working on.
