Introw offers very convenient settings to improve the collaboration on a deal and we will make sure all changes made in Introw or your CRM are kept in sync in real-time.
Configure the shared deal information
Within the Introw deal pipeline embed you can configure which CRM properties from the deal you would like your partners to see (and edit).
Remark: only properties that are editable in your CRM can be made editable.
As an example here, I am allowing my partner to drive the deal and edit the deal stage and close date. All changes made by the partner are synced automatically to your CRM.
In case your partner is a reseller for example, you can also allow them to add or edit the line items which will be logged in the activity section of the deal as well.
Your partner is able to add or edit line items and search (on name and SKU) on any line item you have available in the product library of your CRM.
