Once you have created a room it would be great to invite your partner.
In the top right corner you will see the option to invite them to their dedicated partner room.
You can limit the access for sharing your room with your partner via the following options:
Via Email
Only selected people can access the room based on their email address.
Via Email domain
This is Introw's default and the most recommended option for giving room access. It gives you control over which email domains are allowed to access the room while making it scalable as it only allows people with certain domains in the list to access the shared space.
Once your partner clicks the link you've shared, they can easily access the partner portal using Single Sign-On (SSO) with our built-in login options via Google or Microsoft or your own partner SSO (learn more) . Alternatively, they can simply enter their email address to receive a verification email and log in securely.

Introw's verification link will ensure that the person who inputs their email to visit the digital partnership space actually owns that email and can access the room in a secure and frictionless manner.
When a person adds their email, they will be sent an email to verify email ownership.
