What is Multi-Tenant?
Multi-tenant access allows a single user profile to be associated with multiple, independent Introw organizations. It’s designed to provide unified access and effortless switching between different environments while keeping your data strictly siloed and secure
This is a game-changer for:
Corporate Groups: Switch between legal entities (e.g., Introw US vs. Introw EU) without logging in and out.
Implementation & Solution Partners: Manage all your client Introw accounts from one login.
Power Users: Easily transition between a "Sandbox" testing environment and your live production account.
How to add a new organisation
Starting a new Introw organisation is just as easy as when you first signed up for Introw. You don’t need a new email address to get the ball rolling.
Click on your Organisation Avatar (or Organisation name) in the top-left corner of your navigation panel.
Select the "Add Organisation" option.
A "Create new organisation" screen will appear. This will look familiar, as it mirrors the initial Introw setup process. You will be asked to provide:
Company Name: The name of the new entity or Introw client.
Domain: The web domain for the new organisation.
CRM Integration: Select which CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) this specific organisation will connect to.
Click "Create Organisation," and Introw will instantly provision your new Introw account.
Note: As the creator, you are automatically assigned as the Admin of the new Introw organisation. You can immediately start inviting team members, prospects, or customers to this specific instance.
Switching between organisations
Once you belong to more than one organisation, moving between them takes two clicks:
Click on your Organisation Avatar or name in the top-left sidebar.
Select the Organisation you want to access from the sub-menu.
Important to know
Permission Isolation: Being a user in Organisation A does not automatically give you access rights in Organisation B unless you are the creator or have been invited/added to that organisation with the same email.
Data Siloing: Each organisation is a "walled garden." There is no data leakage between accounts.
