The Introw Collaboration card is your command center for deal collaboration with your partners — right inside HubSpot. Without leaving your deal or company record, you can ask AI for partner insights, collaborate with your partners, and access your partner portal in one click.
Getting started
When a deal doesn't have an active collaboration yet, you can kick one off directly from the card. From there you can:
Share the deal with a partner directly from within HubSpot
Get an easy overview of who is managing the partner, who your champion is on the partner side, and which partner tier they are in (Gold, Silver, etc.)
Add comments, share updates, and track deal progress — all without leaving HubSpot
Stay synced: all updates are automatically reflected in the Introw platform, keeping everything in sync
How to use it
Locate the Collaboration Card: In your HubSpot deal view, you'll see the Introw Collaboration Card. If not, check out this article!
Ask AI: Get instant AI-powered insights about the deal and the partner involved. Ask questions like "What is the current status of this deal?" or "What are the next steps?" — all without leaving HubSpot.
Get an overview: See at a glance who is managing the partner, who your champion is on the partner side, and which partner tier they are in (Gold, Silver, etc.).
Manage Collaborations: Add comments, share updates, and track deal progress — all within HubSpot.

Customizing the card position
You can move the Introw Collaboration card within the right-side column of your HubSpot deal or company record so it's easier to reference. To do this:
Open a deal or company record in HubSpot.
Click Customize in the right-side panel.
Drag and drop the Introw Collaboration card to your preferred position.
Save your layout.
Your customized layout will be saved for future visits to deal and company records.
