Link an existing HubSpot deal to your vendor

Connect a deal you're already working on in HubSpot to your vendor's Introw shared pipeline in one click.

Written by Wouter Moyaert

A lot of partner deals are already in motion in your HubSpot before they ever get logged with the vendor. Instead of double-entering them in a portal, Introw lets you link an existing HubSpot deal to your vendor's shared pipeline directly from the Partner Connect Card. From that moment on, both sides see the same deal — and updates flow automatically.

When to use deal linking

Use deal linking when:

  • You already have a HubSpot deal that involves the vendor's product

  • You already registered the deal via the Introw partner platform of your vendor.

  • You want the vendor to be visible on the deal within your HubSpot

  • You want vendor-side updates and coaching directly into your HubSpot

How to link a deal

Step 1: Open your HubSpot deal

Open the deal in your HubSpot. The Partner Connect Card sits in the right column of the record.

Step 2: Click "Collaborate"

On the Partner Connect Card, click Collaborate, select one of the already attributed deals you have registered in the past to your vendor via Introw and Link deal.

What happens after a deal is linked

Once a HubSpot deal is linked, Introw keeps both sides in sync through the shared deal pipeline:

  • Deal collaboration is unlocked between your HubSpot and the vendor's CRM

  • Notes and comments from the vendor appear on the Partner Connect Card

  • Deal coach recommendations show up directly on the deal record

Introw tip: If a deal is genuinely new — meaning your vendor doesn't know about it yet — use Register deal instead. Linking is for deals the vendor is already aware of by submitting them via the Introw partner portal beforehand.

Troubleshooting

  • How can I unlink a deal if I made a mistake?

Under Actions you can select Unlink deal so the deal is no longer connected to that deal of your vendor and you can link the right one.
