Validate your Partner Connect Card

Confirm your Partner Connect setup is working so you can start linking and registering deals from HubSpot.

Once the Partner Connect Card is on your HubSpot deal layout, there's a quick validation step that confirms Introw recognises you, links you to the right vendor partner portal, and is ready to push deal data both ways. This article walks you through it.

Why validation matters

The Partner Connect Card is the bridge between your HubSpot and your vendor's CRM. Validation is how Introw verifies that the HubSpot user opening the card matches an active partner contact in the vendor's portal. Without this step, deal registrations and links won't be attributed to the right partner record.

How to tell it's working

Once validated, the Partner Connect Card will show your vendor's logo and the actions you can take β€” Collaborate. and Go to portal. If you see those actions, you're connected and good to go.

Troubleshooting

  • "We couldn't find your partner record"
    Ask the vendor admin to confirm your email address is on the partner contact in their Introw portal. Introw matches by email.

  • The card is empty
    Make sure the Introw app is installed and the Partner Connect Card has been added to the deal layout β€” see Set up the Partner Connect Card in HubSpot.

Next step

Now that the card is validated, you can start using it: Link an existing HubSpot deal to your vendor or Register a new deal from your HubSpot.
