Solve connection issues with HubSpot

Not able to connect Hubspot?

Couldn't complete the connection

Authorization failed because you don't have permissions to authorize the scopes required by the app. Please contact your super admin to get the necessary permissions.

Follow the next steps to this resolved

  1. Click the βš™οΈ icon on the top right

  2. Go to Users and Teams

  3. Click on your name (you should be Admin or Super admin) + go to Access

  4. Click on Change Seat and make sure the user has a seat selected.

    Sales enterprise or Service enterprise

    or Sales professional Seat

5. Click Save
