Let Claude manage your partners — agentic partner updates via Introw

Introw now lets Claude update partner records directly — tier, experience, champion, phase, commission plan and more — so you can move from asking questions to acting on them, all from the same conversation.

From answering to acting

Until now, Claude could read your partner program inside out — pipeline, goals, engagement, deal history. But the moment you wanted to act on what you saw, you had to switch tabs and open Introw.

That changes today. Introw now lets Claude update partner records directly from the conversation, turning insights into action without ever leaving the chat.

One workflow, one chat. Introw closes the gap between analysing your partner program and managing it — ask the question, get the answer, take the action, all in one place.

What Claude can now manage for you

Through Introw, Claude can read and update the partner fields that drive your program day-to-day:

  • Tier — promote, demote, or reassign partners across your tier structure

  • Experience — adjust the partner's experience level

  • Champion — set or change the partner's internal champion

  • Phase — move partners through onboarding and lifecycle phases

  • Commission plan — assign the right commission plan to each partner

  • Manager — reassign the internal partner manager

  • Currency & locale — keep partner localisation accurate

Anything Claude reads in Introw, it can now act on — within the same permissions you'd have if you were logged into Introw directly.

A use case to try today: align partner tiers with actual performance

One of the most common questions in any partner program is also one of the hardest to answer at scale: which partners are sitting in a tier they're no longer earning?

With Introw + Claude, you can ask, decide, and act in a single conversation:

💬 "Check all my partners against their goals. For any partner that's significantly behind their tier targets, demote them one tier and add a comment nudging them to re-engage."

Here's what Introw does behind the scenes:

  1. Claude pulls each partner's current tier and live goal progress.

  2. It flags the partners that are materially behind their tier requirements.

  3. For those partners, Introw updates the tier to the level below and logs a comment on the partner record nudging them on next steps.

  4. You get a clean summary of what changed and which partners were touched.

What used to be a quarterly spreadsheet exercise becomes a single prompt.

More prompts to get you started

Promote your top performers

"Show me all Silver partners who have exceeded their annual revenue goal and promote them to Gold."

Reassign managers after an org change

"Move every partner currently managed by Sarah to John, and add a comment introducing John as their new point of contact."

Onboard new partners through the right phase

"For all partners that joined in the last 14 days and have completed their training, move their phase from Onboarding to Active."

Tidy up partner categorisation

"Tag every partner with at least one closed-won deal in the SaaS vertical with the 'SaaS' category."

Set the right champion

"For every partner in EMEA without a champion assigned, set their champion to their most active contact in Introw."

You stay in control

Agentic updates are powerful — so Introw makes sure you decide how far Claude can go on your behalf. For every action like updating a tier, changing a champion, or reassigning a manager, you choose one of three modes:

Mode

What it means

Allowed

Claude performs the update automatically

🔔 Approval required

Claude proposes the change and waits for your confirmation

🚫 Blocked

Claude cannot perform this action at all

A common starting point: allow Claude to update soft fields like categories or champions freely, require approval before changes to tier or commission plan, and block anything you'd rather keep manual. You can adjust this at any time inside Introw.

🔒 Permissions, always enforced. Claude only ever sees and updates the partners and fields your Introw user has access to. If you can't change it in Introw, neither can Claude.

Getting started

If Claude is already connected to your Introw workspace, partner management is enabled by default — just try one of the prompts above in your next Claude conversation.

If you haven't connected Claude yet, follow the setup steps in Install the Claude connector of Introw. For more inspiration on what's possible once you're connected, see Introw + Claude: use cases & what's possible.
