Introw now lets you add file upload questions to your Course assesments, giving partners a way to demonstrate their expertise with real, tangible proof. This is especially powerful for training implementation partners who need to show that they can handle specific configurations and use cases.
Why file uploads in Quizzes?
When you're onboarding or certifying implementation partners, multiple-choice questions only go so far. Partners need a way to prove they can actually do the work — not just answer questions about it.
Introw bridges that gap by allowing partners to upload files directly within a Quiz. Whether it's a screenshot of a completed configuration, an exported settings file, or a document outlining their approach to a use case, partners can now submit evidence of their hands-on knowledge.
How it works
Step 1: Add a file upload question to your Quiz
When building or editing a Quiz within an Introw Course, select the "File Upload" question type. Give your question a clear description that tells the partner exactly what you'd like them to submit — for example, "Upload a screenshot showing the completed integration configuration for use case X."
Step 2: Partners upload their files
When partners take the Quiz, they'll see the upload option alongside any other question types you've included. They can drag and drop or browse to select a file from their device. Introw supports common file formats such as images, PDFs, and documents.
Step 3: Review partner submissions
Once a partner completes the Quiz, Introw stores their uploaded files alongside their other answers. You can review each submission to verify that partners have the skills and knowledge needed before moving them forward in your program.
Use cases
Implementation partner certification — Ask partners to upload screenshots or exports proving they've completed required configurations. Introw makes it easy to verify that partners are ready to deliver for your customers.
Technical knowledge validation — Have partners submit documentation or diagrams that demonstrate their understanding of your product's architecture or setup workflows.
Onboarding proof of completion — Require file uploads as part of onboarding Quizzes so partners can show they've completed hands-on exercises or setup tasks.
Best practices
Be specific in your upload prompts — clearly describe what file you expect and in what format. This helps partners submit exactly what you need and makes reviewing submissions faster. Combining file upload questions with other question types in the same Quiz gives you a well-rounded view of both theoretical knowledge and practical ability.
