Introw enables partners to receive a dynamic conversion link that can be used to track signups, trials, or demo bookings at scale. This feature removes lots of manual work, reduces data-entry errors, and ensures every lead or signup can be accurately associated with the correct partner record through your CRM workflow.
What is a dynamic conversion link?
A dynamic conversion link is a customizable URL that partners can use in campaigns, emails, social media posts, website buttons, or landing pages. These links are automatically populated with partner-specific identifiers—such as UTM parameters or other tracking tags—so that when a prospect clicks the link and completes an action (e.g., signing up or booking a demo), the source partner can be accurately captured by your tracking systems.
This enables:
Reliable partner attribution using your existing analytics or CRM workflows
Reduced manual data entry, since partner identifiers are embedded directly in the link
Cleaner reporting and routing, based on consistent tracking data
More scalable co-marketing and demand-generation programs, because each partner can use a unique, trackable link
How It Works
Inside Introw’s link builder, you define a base URL (e.g. signup or demo booking page) with fixed parameters or include variable attributes such as: Partner Id, Partner Name, Contact Email or Partner CRM ID (which corresponds with the object ID of your partner in your CRM system).
Introw replaces these placeholders with the correct values for each partner.
Each partner will get that fully generated, ready-to-share version of the link complete with their specific attributes included.
Supported dynamic attributes include:
1. Partner Name
Automatically inserts the partner’s name.
Helpful for readability and campaign personalization.
2. Partner CRM ID (CRM Object Record ID)
Inserts the exact CRM company record ID for the partner.
Extremely powerful as it ensures incoming conversions contain the necessary data so they can be tied to the correct CRM partner account via your workflow.
3. Partner Contact Email
Adds the partner contact's email address.
Enables advanced routing, notifications, and tracking based on contact-level attribution.
4. Partner ID
Inserts the partner’s unique identifier within Introw.
Provides an additional, system-native tracking mechanism that can be used for attribution, reporting, and internal workflows independent of CRM configuration.
