View partner metrics, top deals, tasks, and manage attributed deals directly from the Partner detail.

The Partner Detail view provides a complete and actionable overview of each partner — from performance metrics to attributed deals, task progress, and collaboration.
Designed as an operational hub for partner managers, it centralizes everything needed to manage partners efficiently without switching contexts

A more insightful general page

The General tab now gives a clear snapshot of your partner’s performance and engagement. You’ll find the most relevant, actionable information surfaced in one place, including:

  • Revenue: Track the partner’s contribution to your business.

  • Engagement: Understand how actively the partner is collaborating and driving activity.

  • Inactive or Overdue Deals: Identify deals that need attention and keep pipeline momentum on track.

  • Task Progress: Monitor ongoing initiatives and follow up on what’s next.

These updates align the Partner Detail with the Home experience, offering a consistent and focused view of partner performance across the platform.

Manage and collaborate on all partner attributed CRM Objects

You no longer need to enter the partner portal to see which CRM objects are shared or attributed to a partner.
From the Partner Detail, you can now view and collaborate on all linked CRM objects — not just deals and opportunities but also leads, contacts, and tickets — all in one place.

The Deal tab and other attributed CRM objects display everything attributed to the partner, including key details such as for example:

  • Name and status

  • Owner

  • Amount

  • Close date

  • Last activity

The properties shown for each object are configured through the general CRM object overview (e.g., Deals, Leads, Contacts, Tickets) and apply automatically to all partners.

Quick actions

In addition to insights and deal visibility, the partner detail now includes Quick Actions to help you take immediate action with your partners:

  • Send a Message: Reach out directly to the partner from the partner detail page.

  • Add a Task: Create new tasks to track follow-ups or next steps.

  • Add a Note: Capture important context or updates in one place.

  • Invite to Portal: Quickly send an invitation for the partner to join the portal.

These actions let you manage communication, tasks, and onboarding without leaving the Partner Detail, keeping all partner-related activity centralized and accessible.
