Creating tasks

To create a specific task for a partner that is not linked to a task template, follow these steps:

  • Go to Tasks

  • Click on Add task > Standalone task.

  • Provide the following information:

    • The task name

    • Choose if it is an internal task or not (internal tasks will not be displayed to the partner)

    • Due date

    • Who you’ll assign the task to, which includes: Your partner, your team or a specific contact from the partner or user from your team.

    • A description of the task (optional)

    • A file linked to the task (optional)

  • Once done, you can click Add Task

The task will be assigned to the right person and they will get notified for this.

Deleting tasks

Next to deleting a task via the detail panel, you can also delete multiple tasks at once using the bulk delete feature. This is especially useful for cleaning up old or completed tasks, helping you keep your workspace organized and focused.

Simply select the tasks you want to remove and you can delete them all at once—saving time and reducing clutter.
