Add or delete tasks

Create standalone tasks for a partner and delete tasks individually or in bulk.

Creating tasks

Standalone tasks let you assign a specific action to a partner without linking it to a task template. Use these for one-off asks or anything outside your standard onboarding flow.


Step 1 — Go to Tasks and click Add task → Standalone task.



Step 2 — Fill in the task details:

  • Task name

  • Internal or partner-facing — internal tasks are only visible to your team, not to the partner

  • Due date

  • Assignee — assign to your partner, a specific partner contact, or someone from your team

  • Description (optional)

  • Attached file (optional)


Step 3 — Click Add task. The assignee will be notified automatically.


Deleting tasks

To delete a single task, open the task detail panel and remove it from there. To clean up multiple tasks at once, use the bulk delete feature — select the tasks you want to remove and delete them all in one go.
